What causes fingernails to develop "ridges and" valleys?
A thumbnail appears to have a deep valley, running through it (growing out). Some of the others look like they were too low in the area of the moon. I tend to pick up my cuticles and maybe I did some damage matrix scraping by, but I wonder about the shortcomings, the side effects of medicine, etc. Do you have, or have seen this problem?
I've heard some things about that: 1. could be an injury, not injured / bump that somehow? Is this in progress. If you stop picking on it, it go? 2. The vitamin deficiencies. Are you low on iron or other vitamins. Go to your annual physical examination to rule out those things and always take at least a daily multivitamin. Vitamins B complex (biotin, mainly) hair / skin / nails. Get a bottle! 3. Are hydrated? Get some cuticle oil. No, it is not necessary spend a lot of money, but you can try rubbing jojoba oil in their area of the cuticles and nails every day. 4. A disease, has ruled that out? Thyroid disease, I've noticed other people with thyroid problems describing this. Diabetes, at best, too. As I said before get your annual check ups periodically and if you suspect thyroid or diabetes, get a check for those, too. Good luck!

You should try to fill a gap in the market, find your niche, your audience and out of their way to satisfy these customers. Do not try to please everyone – This is a cardinal sin.
