Mg – F = Ma OF = M (g – a) = 40 * (9.8 – 0.937) = 354 N d) The force F = theta vertical angle below. Vertical component of FF = cos (theta) upwards. Horizontal component of FF = sin (theta) No acceleration vertical direction. Therefore F cos (theta) = Mg ————————- – (1) The centripetal force is horizontal. Therefore F sin (theta) = ————————— Ma (2) Dividing (2) (1), tan (theta) = a / g O theta = atan (a / g) = atan (0.937/9.8) = 5.46 degrees (1), M = Mg / cos (theta) = 40 * 9.8/cos (5.46 degrees) = 394 N Therefore, the seat force is 394 N to 5.46 degrees below vertical. (Note: I do not know what exactly is meant by active from the vertical. I calculated the angle from vertically upward. If you want the angle from vertically downward, then it is 180 to 5.46 = 174.54 degrees

Many people find that having a plan of attack will help them quit, even if it's just something you deal with difficult times while facing without cigarettes. Not many people can do this simply by going at once, addiction to nicotine has a real habit of stopping.
Having a plan would be one of the best things you can do to help stop smoking. Before you begin creating your plan you need to make sure that you clearly understand the basic concepts consumption of snuff and what makes this addiction so hard to kick. When we look at smoking we see that the use of the drug nicotine and snuff in general are widely accepted, otherwise it would be simply illegal. That said, in countries like the UK, smoking in public places is illegal to bars so you will see many people going outside to smoke or in fact quit. The evidence is beginning to show that the ban on smoking in these public places has led to an increase in the number of people trying to quit smoking.
Many of people do not see the snuff like a drug, it alters your mood and give you a higher risk of many diseases. This is what makes a drug and should be treated snuff as such. Having a strong quit smoking plan will include understanding and accept the fact that if indeed you are an addict. Once this is done and I truly believe this is the case, we are ready to begin our plan to stop smoking.

Alcohol is broken down nicotine levels of his body and only make it more difficult to quit. So make sure to get an understanding that alcohol is not simply an option for the coming weeks. This will save many headaches and can only be a good step towards being free of snuff.
